Return policy:

Pearle Kids hopes you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return an item(s), Pearle Kids will issue a refund providing that the following conditions are met:

  • The order is not a custom order

  • The item(s) is in its original mint condition

  • The item(s) is returned within thirty days

  • Shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Item(s) that qualify for free shipping will incur shipping charges if returned

Instructions for returns:

Contact Pearle Kids for a RA (return authorization) number, either by calling the toll free number at (888) 732-7535 or emailing returns@pearlekids.com. Repackage the item(s) securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. If the original packaging cannot be used, it is the customer's responsibility to procure proper packaging that will protect the item(s) from shipping damage. Any damage that results from inexpert packaging will be deducted from the refund cost. In addition, please be sure to insure the package and obtain the tracking number from the shipping provider. Packages do get lost, and we are not responsible for returns that were never received by our warehouse. Pearle Kids issues refunds within 2-3 business days of receipt of the item(s).

Occasionally, returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Furniture returns:

Most of the furniture on PearleKids.com is custom made especially for you, according to your specifications. Consequently, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If the furniture does not have the custom information on the page, it can be returned according to our return policy.

Custom, made-to-order products:

Furnishings, bedding, accessories or any other item that Pearle Kids custom designs for you must be paid in full at the time of order. Since these items are manufactured exactly to your specifications, they cannot  be accepted back for return or exchange. Neither can they be cancelled after 24 hours from placing your order.

Pearle Kids has an array of fabric and finish samples which are gladly supplied upon request. To ensure that you select the right color and finish for your home decor, contact one of our design consultants to request a sample before you purchase a custom item. Damages or defects:

In the event an item has arrived to you in imperfect condition, due to shipping or otherwise, Pearle Kids will assume all reasonable expenses to correct the problem. However, your cooperation is required. Please retain all packaging and be willing to provide photographs to the freight company, if necessary.

We strongly urge you to inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged piece, please indicate it on the bill of lading. The statute of limitations on filing damage claims varies among carriers, so it is imperative to handle problems as quickly as possible to avoid missing the deadline.

The responsibility for payment is yours, but Pearle Kids will work with you to quickly replace either the damaged part or entire piece, as deemed appropriate. There is no additional cost to you for this service.

If you refuse to allow Pearle Kids to repair or replace your item and insist on returning it due to a minor defect, Pearle Kids will not refund shipping costs. Any custom item that you want to refuse to allow Pearle Kids to repair and want to return, will incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Shipping policy:

Purchasing a new piece for your home is always exciting, and we want to get it to you as swiftly as possible. We process your order as soon as we receive it and prepare it for shipping. Approximate shipping time is listed next to each item.

We offer two shipping options:
A. Standard Delivery
B. Premier Delivery

When you choose standard delivery, our carrier will deliver your purchase to your front door. Standard delivery is ideal for smaller items, such as bedding, pillows, etc.

When you choose premier delivery, our carrier will deliver your purchase to the exact area of your home where you wish it to be placed. He or she will then unpack the item, set it up, and dispose of any containers or wrapping. We offer this service as a convenience to you.

Each furniture piece will have a standard delivery cost and premier delivery cost listed next to it.

Freight costs

Most of our items are shipped via DHL, and freight charges vary according to location. Larger items are shipped with special truckers; the flat freight charge is listed next to the item.
